Paul Aquilina is a passionate young fisher living on the Hawkesbury River. He started out volunteering on trawlers and is now a multi-method fisher who owns several fishing licences and boats, providing a wide range of products, including eels, prawns, fish and crab to the market.

Gary Howard is a second-generation professional prawn fisher who has operated a small family-owned business that has supplied premium quality wild Hawkesbury River school prawns to market for over 30 years. He is dedicated to sustainability, industry innovation and increasing the visibility of the Hawkesbury fishing industry.
